Maintenance requests are prioritized based on urgency and when they were entered through the on-line portal or by contacting the property manager.
No, you don't have to be present during service requests.
If you are locked out please call the emergency hotline and receive a one time code. Charges apply after the second lock out.
Yes, as long as there is no painting of walls or hanging anything that will create large holes.
With you in mind, Holmes Beverly provides a myriad of amenities including a Full Gym, Roof Deck, Reserved Office Space, Club Room, Pet Spa, Dog Walking Area, and more.
The roof deck is available 24/7 from April to November.
Yes, we have plenty of on-site parking available including our covered, secure garage.
Yes! Holmes Beverly Apartments are pet-friendly. Our residents are allowed a maximum of 2 pets. Only one can be a dog. Breed restrictions apply.
Pet rent is $40 per cat; $60 for a dog.
We have a max weight restriction of 80 lb each. We also have breed restrictions.
Yes, Holmes Beverly near Northshore, MA offers a pet park. We love our four legged friends!
